Foods I stay away from. Breads, Potatos, They don't even look appetizing to me. Greasy Fries and a greasy Red Robin Burger!!
Yesterday I did great, Grapefruit for Breakfast, salad for lunch and green beans and a chicken breast for dinner. For a snack I had a pear. I drank lots of water and I feel really great. I think I am over my blue funk. I feel wonderful this morning. Now to do my T-Tapp and jogging and I will be great!!!
