I have my game on!!

I am doing well. I am eating right and exercising. I have found that if I don't to my T-Tapp daily I don't sleep as well at night and I have a back ache. So that is how I begin my exercise plan. Today I did 30 minutes on the Elliptical as well. It felt great then I rebounded for about 5 minutes. I had a great workout and ready to start my day.

Okay so you can work out as much as you like but what it boils down to is what goes in between those pearly whites of yours.

I am also keeping a food journal. I feel fabulous. I am going to finish what I started out to do 4 years ago when I first went on the lemon cleanse and lost 40 pounds in the 40 days. I am doing it and to say good bye once and for all to the excess weight. It is happening for me and I truly am excited. Woo Hoo for me!!!

Also to those skeptics, when I posted this on facebook months ago. Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing stuff. It was published in the periodical Women's world a few months ago that to Blast Belly Fat and who dosen't in this day and age. For 4 weeks those who drank 1 T ACV lost 5 times more weight than those who ate the same foods without vinegar. It is good stuff. I even give it to our puppy. I also don't get sick either. It is amazing stuff. You need the apple cider vinegar. I only use the Braggs Brand. It is the best.

Good Luck. Drink your water and Drink your vinegar and then wait 5 minutes before you eat. Try it you will like it I promise you!!

Wednesday April 21

Foods I stay away from. Breads, Potatos, They don't even look appetizing to me. Greasy Fries and a greasy Red Robin Burger!!



Yesterday I did great, Grapefruit for Breakfast, salad for lunch and green beans and a chicken breast for dinner. For a snack I had a pear. I drank lots of water and I feel really great. I think I am over my blue funk. I feel wonderful this morning. Now to do my T-Tapp and jogging and I will be great!!!

Are you up for the challenge?

This blog is really for me. In 2006 I went on a 40 day fast and got rid of 40 pounds. I then proceeded to get the rest off by joining an exercise and weight loss competition and I got 2nd place in the fall of 2008 well in March 2009 I had a hysterectomy and It has been such a struggle for me in the past year to get my weight back down after gaining 30 pounds back after surgery and the recuperation process. I still exercise but after surgery your metabolism slows down 30 percent. I am not in love with sweets or chocolate thank goodness.

So I devote this blog to my journey to get back to where I want to be and that is 134 pounds. I haven't been that weight since I was young but I am out to do things differently. I am going to do this. I know I can and I will. I will do updates and let you in on my journey as I drink my vinegar 3 times a day and as I exercise. I also love to join T-Tapp's 30, and 60 day challenges and now I am going to take it a step further and take on the insanity 60 day workout challenge. I am excited and I am ready to go.
