In addition to this lifestyle as it is so good, I am doing my T-tapp exercises and I rotate between Step it to the max core cardio/ and Basic Workout Plus and rebound 1/2 hour on those days. I get in a good 1 hour workout every day.

Working out with Jillian Michaels!!

I love to work out, I love to feel great.

The better you eat the better you will feel. I love the way I look, I love the way I feel. I love that you whatever you dream about you can become, and I want to become my best ever. I am wanting that in all areas of my life.

I love that we have been going to the temple weekly this year and the great strength and support that has been for us. I love the things that we are doing with and for the kids and the wonderful support that we have as a family. I love the strength they are.

Jillian is the best trainer EVER!! I love her workouts. The better you eat the more you aren't hungry. If you are hungry or are craving things you may be experiencing what is known as toxic hunger.

If you forget to eat then that is a good thing because your body is getting the proper nourishment that it needs.

I can recommend that you go back to the basics and eat 1 pound of raw veggies, and 1 pound of cooked veggies a day and 2 fruits. I choose to have my fruits and veggies in a smoothie form. I like it that way. It is nice.

Keep on Exercising!!

I have been eating Green Smoothies daily and doing my t-tapp daily this month. I am going to start doing the Biggest loser workouts to get in great shape. My goal is to be at my goal weight by my birthday and I am going to do it. I am very excited. Any motivating comments will be greatly appreciated. Have a good day everyone.

I have my game on!!

I am doing well. I am eating right and exercising. I have found that if I don't to my T-Tapp daily I don't sleep as well at night and I have a back ache. So that is how I begin my exercise plan. Today I did 30 minutes on the Elliptical as well. It felt great then I rebounded for about 5 minutes. I had a great workout and ready to start my day.

Okay so you can work out as much as you like but what it boils down to is what goes in between those pearly whites of yours.

I am also keeping a food journal. I feel fabulous. I am going to finish what I started out to do 4 years ago when I first went on the lemon cleanse and lost 40 pounds in the 40 days. I am doing it and to say good bye once and for all to the excess weight. It is happening for me and I truly am excited. Woo Hoo for me!!!

Also to those skeptics, when I posted this on facebook months ago. Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing stuff. It was published in the periodical Women's world a few months ago that to Blast Belly Fat and who dosen't in this day and age. For 4 weeks those who drank 1 T ACV lost 5 times more weight than those who ate the same foods without vinegar. It is good stuff. I even give it to our puppy. I also don't get sick either. It is amazing stuff. You need the apple cider vinegar. I only use the Braggs Brand. It is the best.

Good Luck. Drink your water and Drink your vinegar and then wait 5 minutes before you eat. Try it you will like it I promise you!!
