Jillian Michaels

Jillian is the best trainer EVER!! I love her workouts. The better you eat the more you aren't hungry. If you are hungry or are craving things you may be experiencing what is known as toxic hunger.

If you forget to eat then that is a good thing because your body is getting the proper nourishment that it needs.

I can recommend that you go back to the basics and eat 1 pound of raw veggies, and 1 pound of cooked veggies a day and 2 fruits. I choose to have my fruits and veggies in a smoothie form. I like it that way. It is nice.
